  • Right of withdrawal
    Pursuant to section no. 64 et seq of D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if the customer is a consumer (e.g. an individual who buys the goods for purposes not related to their profession or who does not indicate a VAT number in the order form submitted to Bottega Verde), said customer has the right to withdraw from the contract purchase for any reason, and without giving any explanation, in accordance with the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer must send notification to that effect by recorded delivery within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. The notification of withdrawal can be sent during the same period, including by telegram, telex, electronic mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than 48 hours afterwards.
